Same-Day Processing: All orders are processed on the same day they are placed.

📦 Shipping Policy

Estimated Delivery Time:
- Domestic Orders: 5–7 business days
- International Orders: 5–7 business days (varies by location)
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent via WhatsApp to keep you updated on your delivery status.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We offer 7-day exchanges and product warranty on all items, but please note that we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.

✅ Eligibility for Exchange

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and an unboxing video is required.
All items must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories included.
The product must be unused and free from physical damage.

🔧 Warranty Coverage

All products come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Defective items are eligible for a free exchange within the warranty period.

💸 Return Shipping & Charges

Return shipping costs, if any, will be discussed over call or WhatsApp before proceeding.
If the original box is lost or damaged, a ₹100 penalty will be charged.

We do not offer refunds. Only exchanges or replacements are allowed as per our policy.
